Oh I feel so bad now :( In the back of my mind I was wondering if it was a dog. I would have gone over to check but my sis was adamant that I stay in the house. I REALLY should have ventured closer. If there was a problem, I'd have contacted RSPCA.

that is a dog tied up...our foxes are much higher pitched than that!! Then again, we can practically sit next to our foxes in our area; they are so used to people!!!

That sounds EXACTLY like what is outside my house every night. Glad it isn't a dog being murdered like I actually thought as well. YAY fox calls XDD
