Much of this is diversion. They produce plenty of drugs here. They transport plenty of drugs down 1-40 and laundering money....There's almost as many banks here as there is churches. P.S. I don't believe it was or is the CIA. It appears to be a bunch of hill trash that are very much left wing. This was considered the most violent area after the Civil War. In Arkansas the Governor can shut down a Federal investigation due to the fact the unmentionable "Sovereign State" deal. States rights here are recognized as having presiding power over Federal Law.
