It explained clearly that what is shown here in this video is not at all unusual, but rather standard operating procedure (and has been for years). Committee chairs have ALL the power in congress. A few control the many. The book described this at the Federal level, but the video demonstrates it happens at the state level as well.
Same thing happened to our resolution to put photo ticketing up for a citizens vote. Speaker Kirk Adams refused to hear it, even though it passed through the senate easily.
It would be nice to know the full context of these happenings. We need to be wary of something being taken out of context and then exaggerated. It's called fear mongering.
