Barry Leitch....he also composed the music in Top Gear Rally (another favorite racer of mine). strangely, this song gives me a Top Gear Rally menu vibe. o_O it's like he remixed it using the Rush 2049 instruments. it's a pity that this was rejected; it definitely fits the name: it's mellow, calm, and somewhat depressing. I find this even more depressing due to it being rejected. =/ Garage, The Rock, Retro, Wingey, Flier, Internet, Seventies, and Mellow: favorite Rush 2049 songs.
