even though your form is sort of bad, your good. im working on a kip and my best friend is like "what you have to do is "pull up your pants". thats a saying, just to let you know. she says im doing that too slow. :(

oh common, mucking around LOL and this was like only my 3rd session. man i hadnt trained in like literally YEARS and was lucky enough to do a kip.
ive got it now though. can do it with straight legs
