@antonis9292 He holds the pick with his middle finger when he taps.after he's done tapping he basically hands it back.I do the same thing.but I also use a bit of my ringer finger to hold the pick. when i tap.

Overall very good though , nice melodies other the little peck here and there . I like the tapping at 5:00 especially (it was originally meant for the keyboard if you listened the original studio version )

@ilovebluessolos thats the thing about these extreme vertuoso guitarists is that they dont stick to a single scale. in this video/song he uses harmonic minor, diminished (scales not just arpeggios), and other scales of such nature. the truly amazing guitarists such as Michael Romeo, Michael Angelo Batio, Rusty Cooley, and most people wouldnt consider it but Marty Friedman too switch scales seemlessly when they play.

its in his phrasing. trust me he has so much skill its just unbelievable. i can get close but it takes some serious practice. its a different style with note choice and phrasing.

and sometimes the slow blues doesnt cut it. i believe in being diverse. in ALL aspects of ALL music. including metalcore, SRV, 80's metal, and the power metal/progressive you see right here.

im glad people dont bash romeo's name around like malmsteen and zakk thinking they know best. romeo = a league of his own.

Yeah, I just recently got back into Romeo. I was never much into neoclassical, but man... his phrasing is pretty damn amazing. The Lane influence is totally clear. He's got some of the nicest vibrato, bends, prebends etc you can find.
