The things of God should be treated as sacred things. Those who do not correct this will have to answer to God for it. It could very well be that they do this out of the pastor's presence. To me they look to comfortable doing it in the pulpit though. These may not be regenerated too, they may have just Grown Up in church, they know how to shout etc etc and do

If we need a good laugh we may do it individually, or the pastor may do it to help make his point and it keeps ppl's attn. I think the real point is that worship should be free. If you weren't there you have no idea. So, yu should have nothing to say! i used to go to church 3 times a week when i was in middle school, until one day they started screaming in tongues and had some guest preacher who was on TV come and he drug me in front of everyone and said he felt evil in me and made me get on my knees in front of everyone and scream in tongue to be saved. I never went back.
I'm so sorry that happened to you. I had a similar experience myself when I was a teen. I'm sure his intentions were honorable. Sometimes church leaders get a little too zealous, and get in the flesh because they act based on their emotions. If he was lead by the Spirit of God, his actions would not have been instructive and embarrassing for you.
Don't allow his actions to cause you to not have a relationship with God through Christ Jesus.
