I would say most likely not a CLS, there's another vid of this car and it doesn't have the CLS bumper. The Seibon CLS style hood is about a grand on Amazon, thing looks amazing though.

If it is it's had a respray, CLS were all black or silver. It has the CSL boot lid and diffuser though.

i dont like thsi sound of this one.also i dont mind the orignal m3 e46 sound... find it unique.. ive called "m3" so many times when a car is racing around the corner.. im always right hahah..

but the best soudning engine is rs4 no doubt

they were hitting a diff tone instead of the deep majority sounds made.

but rs4 is a great sound.. engine fo the year producing a sound used for jet planes in movies!

@SnizzFizz true, it does sound quiet at low speed, but when you step on it at least it growls and does not sound so whiney... The M3 is a great car, I just wish it had a Deep sounding exhaust note, but its so Highly strung.. it sounds... whiney to me. IMHO.
