well, I partially agree with you. Most of the time, indian music composers and artists fail horribly trying to be cool with western lyrics and all. However, that doesn't necessarily mean any english in hindi songs is bad. For instance, "Pappu can't dance" has some english in the chorus, but its still a great song.

as for remixes, most of them are horrible as well. Only few hindi remixes are actually done properly and sound good (one being bachna ae haseeno, and another being "Anjaane Chehre")
