@mamoo0692 I don't think the Master's device allowed him to regenerate again. Thats what keeps him looking young.

Its like the one time the Doctor looks as if he's lost, The music coupled with the Doctor's pain, the Master's attitude, its frightening stuff even if it is just a TV show, but in fairness, its not lol, its Doctor Who!!!
