ugh no white powder...as ELVIRA says..she's pale not dead...she uses a really light foundation like a pale porcelin to empahsize her already pale complexion...she does have a basic how to on her site as well as the make-up explanation of the exact colors she uses...that being said...it is a cute take on her look.

I dont really know what "scene" includes - I was referring to old school goth makeup which is exactly what Jess did on this video - its typical 80s Goth and fyi it was Siouxie that did this first - with the glam red lips and the lot! This is far from bubbly - its exactly as it should be.
