They were failing sooo badly, that I had to print trollface on A3 sized paper and troll him after every wipe :D

Are you trying to brag? PUGs should be able to clear 11/12 heroic with no wipes and no experience. ICC is easy mode now. All it takes is 10 people who aren't mentally challenged. Which I realize is asking a lot.
