Hey, I just started a forum at thestrengthforum (dot) com, and we're looking for people like you to come contribute. You can start a training log or give/get advice on form, technique, etc. Don't mark this as spam, I am a real person, trying to do a real thing, for no money. Just trying to help a community I respect and the art of strength training.
Nice good mornings. Way tooooo wide stand, lauzy depth and belt size of truck tire. Put your legs 2 feet wide go all the way down, count til two and than all the way up. Just like Tom Platz with 500 pounds for 23 reps.
@biolayne Lmao. This is funny his hating. You might have abit of unorthodox lean but the thing is you arent using the leverage and doing a full squat rep so his comments = BS
look bro- good sh*t...I cant believe how many haters on this damned web site. Good squat. You would get the 3 white lights at a powerlifting meet- and u are doing it RAW. A good squat suit u would hit 700 plus. Dont listen to these haters.
@arniemonkey It depends. Some people know how to utilize a suit better than others and get more out of it; you can't give an arbitrary number and expect it to apply for everyone. But, if you want an answer, I'd say that it usually adds anywhere from 50 to 300 pounds.
@xjusticex2013x big difference 300lbs thats insane ..so what ur saying is its hard to judge true strength when you watch the squats of a suited guy. raws the way i think then theres no bs lifts. that could make me do an 800lb squat....which is so far off reality..
@arniemonkey Vlad Alzahov squatted 1250 lbs in a suit. The raw world record is 975 lbs by Robert Wilkerson. That's a 275 lb difference. 300 lbs in actually a big stretch, in retrospect. Also, if I'm not mistaken, it's usually double-ply suits that add that kind of weight to your squat. It's also not as simple as "put on suit, crush world records;" you still have to learn how to use it.
Like you, I prefer to see raw lifting myself. Everyone has their own opinion, though. To each his own.
@KKZReset11 I dident really see back rounding, it he almost looked like he was doing a "good morning" while doing the squat, leaning forward alot. Nothing against it, defiantly a good lift, he looked powerful to unlike alot of lifts on youtube.
Juniors and sophomores might "squat" more than him, but not even close to Layne's depth and form. A football "squat" and a bodybuilding SQUAT are two entirely different things. Layne is legit.

Trust me, those kids arent "squatting"...more like some sort of hyrbid good-morning-sissy-partial type hip thrust. Thats why you see kids that never learn to properly squat and just try to measure their dick in the gym and they have no legs to show for it and they get hurt.
Damn!!! this guy is insane and has ridiculously good form. this dude is strong as hell, and to top it all off he's getting really fucking good and deep to make all shit talkers eat their words.
it's the fact he was intelligent in his training after he got injured...he watched his diet and trained what he could and what the Dr. would allow...hard work gets rewarded as shown by the video
This video went viral on Syria
