    Thanks for posting this video. I like the idea of keeping creepy out of the campaign by choosing appropriate incentives and colors based on age and current car color data. This is something I plan to suggest in future campaigns - we aren't doing this with our data right now. The plan for followup/sales involvement is especially helpful. This path isn't one I've seen laid out quite so nicely before -- very useful!
