Hi, just curious as to what your psn user is and are u still playing kz3 multiplayer?

Ive clocked up over 600hrs(guerilla warfare) with the move and sharp shooter and i find it very effective, it takes a few hours to get used too but for added realism you cant beat it.

No screen freeze button? The one thing that allows pointer control to TOTALLY own dual analog online is a screen freeze function. Thats disappointing . Ps move could have really had a chance to show how superior pointer control is to dual analog for FPS if they provided that option.

Very informative walkthrough of how KZ3 integrates Move. I bought it based on your explanation, looking forward to a really immersive and cool game experience. A shooter that isn't quite so arcade/on-rails, but still using a lightgun-like targeting device... Cool. Loved especially your explanation of dynamic dead zone when rotating, that was cleverly and clearly demonstrated.

@Waggle3D At this point I've watched just about everything Move-related you've put out, highly informative compared to a lot of "hey look at me playing a game" demos. Those are about as useful as watching someone show off their arcade light gun skill, frankly, while you really go the mile to show what works and what doesn't. I picked up The Fight on the basis of your gameplay video, too, by the way; I know you had quite a few "cons" for it, but it looked like a lot of fun to me :)

For anyone who hasn't bought this game yet. DON'T…. The online is broken. The guns are unbalanced. The maps are complete crap. The use of tactical spawn points is garbage. And lastly the online community is very small, so there are not enough people playing it to balance the game play making it fun or challenging.

I promise you, if your a casual gamer looking for a good MP game, YOU WILL NOT FIND IT HERE!!!

The sharp shooter is more realistic, more fun, and more immersive. However, I think the move alone is more precise and easier to use online. Like all of you, I'm waiting for our move hero 'iwaggle' to pour some wisdom on this attachment. FYI, I use the sharp shooter..

if anything, the recoil with the Move is MORE realistic than with the ds3. it does recoil, as i know due to the fact that whenever i'm firing a stream of bullets i have to slowly keep moving the controller down. both have recoil, it's just easier to compensate for using the move.

I find this stuff pretty interesting. The idea of a Dynamic Edge is very clever and definitly solves the problem of having to move back to the middle to stop turning.

Also what dead zone settings do you use. In Metroid Prime Trilogy for wii I use the lowest of 3 presets. Thanks for the very informative video.

@fireoil No. The Move doesn't work as a second DS3 in other games. Games have to specifically support it. Some games can be played with both tho, like Dead Space Extraction coop. One player aims with the Move. The other one controls the cursor with the stick.

Not going to lie, the aim recoil difference bothers me. I can just picture multiplayer and seeing people standing there, using move controllers, with heavy machine guns unloading full clips from the hip because they don't have to reaim due to gun drift. They can just go pure spray and pray while DS3 users have to consider more realistic recoil effects.

So on one hand you have artificial recoil while on the other hand you have an unstable cursor (with or without vibration, it's virtually impossible to keep it "pixel-steady"). Get people just laying down a field of fire with no gun drift, and you can make a kill zone (no pun intended) with little effort where anyone straying that direction will likely be hit.

Sure, I can pull off deft headshots with DS3, but the lack of recoil from the hip of move makes accuracy meaningless. Point, click, lay out a couple hundred rounds.

The comparison between Dual Shock recoil, and Move recoil, is misleading.

There is an equal amount of recoil on all weapons, regardless of controller or aim. The difference is how it is graphically represented. As the crosshair is independent of the camera on Move, the crosshair itself shakes. With the Dual Shock, the cursor is locked to the centrepoint of the camera - therefore the crosshair expands to show the zone in which your aim will fall rather than have the camera shake.
