DONT use hairspray before applying ANY heat ! it will RUIN your hair sooooo fast. any kind of hairsprays, they sell certain heat guards, for different types of hair tools. CHI has them. but you DO NOT want to spray hairspray before, only after you completely finish to keep a hold on it.
