I dont know if PC has it or not. so the ps3 never got hardcore but did they atleast get a patch. the patch weakened the nUbe tUbes greatly which is a great thing, made the AS50 a 2 shot in normal but 1 shot in hardcore, made the m249-SAW alot more accurate, made the G3 garbage. made the FAL Paratrooper less accurate and powered the AR16 to hold it's damage in more range.

AR16 is considered noob now, but when 2 people face off with the same gun. the AR16 is the skill weapon. the better shot wins

alll xbox players do is play hardcore. does the PS3 have 2 shot kills ffor the sniper? I would imagine PS3 being heavily AR dominated if snipers are 2 shot. in hardcore a sniper atleast has a chance against an AR16

I prefer normal because with some neat tricks you can slip past somebody with a SAW or auto-shotty with an AR in CQC. in hardcore you dont have enough health to sprint jump and circle behind them

but that is the weakness to the SAW/Shotty. poor aim while turning around.

@Dlimits I play on both PS3 and Xbox. Game play and damage is the same on both systems. I would say that PS3 is 85% SAW, and the level of competition is far less on PS3. On Xbox My K/D is 2.36 and that was a real fight to keep at that level. On PS3 I'm at a steady 3.75 and it's almost effortless. And yes PS3 has hardcore.

depending on the date of my older comments, the PS3 side did not have hardcore when the xbox side was updated. I left FC2 when the old competition quit the game. all that was left was effortless play. I know exactly how easy you wan't to describe. I pushed a 4.0 on one other game, it was beyond effortless playing it and I got lots of hatemail also

I've played against you quite a few times, I was BlksnshN FCM. Seemed like you were always around when we were battling oSo, Those were some good matches. oSo took most of em, but we held our own. I know your feeling on the hatemail, I get stuff constantly on PS3.

I remember you of course. if I remember right you mowed down half of oSo with the M249 SAW Pre-Patch on Coup'de Etat, if it wasn't you than I think it was death reaper. during that time frame I was playing against FCM every day. playing with oSo was hard to keep kills but I've gotten my own piece whenever playing against them. I have a video where I run them 41-42 on TDM on one of the weekend tournaments ran by Shuggles.

@Dlimits Must have been Reaper as I almost never use the saw, still trying to get all the manuals for it actually. I ussually snipe, but I did use to use the USAS alot when oSo was around and had some good games with that. We never got to play in Shuggles tournement as he and Freelancer were having a personal battle at the time. So he didn't want any of the FCM guys in it.

CQC almost all guns are 2 hit, things like arms and legs reduce that damage rate and distance takes a toll. for non snipers. the AR16 and M249SAW has the most damage on Range

There are, in ranked You will either play against a stacked team in ranked and get owned, or if you own them then they boot you (I got booted to much) just stay away from ranked

As for player match it is more fair and has custom maps from a map maker. half the maps are bad. I have been forgeting to upload a video of a map i made

Dragunov sucks, so inacurate. I am used to thee AS50 pre-patch wise but otherwise I would use the M1903 being more accurate (you do know this is post-patch and sniping is harder now)

the Jump Crouch Jump was in a 5 vs 5 on a big map, in a clan match. their sniper had the 2nd highest kills and he only got me once when i was healing, it worked. after he put the sniper down i stopped the jumping and focused on aiming

I have no PC shooter experience but i know the mouse owns, the movement range is so free and unlimited. I'm naturally accurate on controllers, every game feels differnt but in 2 weeks I can get a lethal shot.

just using the highest aim sensetivity. The AR16 has some zoom but maintains it's aim speed, making it look quicker.

As for playing against big names, Alot of people left this game now with the update.... hard to find good matches
