Try putting your hand in front of her face like as if to say stop and watch what she'll do. For some reason that gets them going. I've tried it with a couple of my cats. It's adorable.
You should do something with The Mean Kitty. If you haven't seen the videos, you should ^_^ I love both Janelle and Sparta (the mean kitty). Look up The Mean Kitty Song.
Have you and Cory ever talked before? He's a really nice, wonderful man. I'm sure if you ever brought it up he'd be happy to do something if you guys ever had time.

That seems to be one pissed of cat yet I find it amazing how much tolerance it has and the passive behavior of the cat given that a cat can actually just lose it at any given time if he gets annoyed enough yet a cat usually chooses the passive way out. I find that most admirable about cats.. but still that was just a pure "pissing of the cat" moment.

I would never have *chosen* a persian to be my cat, but a friend of mine died a while ago and Janelle was her cat and needed a home. She is a sweetie really, and I love her so much even with all her character flaws (hey, that´s what *makes* the character!), but I still prefer ordinary moggies any day. :)
How old is Janelle? I've a 12 yr old tabby... they get kind of indifferent after a while. She used to play, but now just sleeps and smacks me in the face after about a minute of trying to tease her (and of course like a gentleman I go away).
