  • If the camera was any lower, I think you could see the right arm of Jim Henson.

  • This is fun.

  • let's set this dude straght lol lol lol

  • And when Telly makes a comment at the end, they tell HIM to Shhhhhhhhhhhh lol

  • They try to demonstrate that they're not always singing songs, by singing a song????

  • The basic point of this song is that Little Chrissy and the Alphabeats don't always rock 'n roll all day. They catch up on some reading every once in a while, ya know.

  • Yes I got that, but chrissy said you think all we ever do is rock n roll? and then they start rock n rolling, so proving telly right, in a way

  • All right! I finally get to see the full version! They cut the beginning off on the Rock and Roll video, where I first saw it.

  • Gotta love Little Chrissy's sarcastic persona. I just love it when he says: " Isn't that what most people do in a library?! " - Like duh LOLLLLLLL

  • Agreed!

"You think that all we ever do is rock 'n roll??" Of coruse not, Little Chrissy! ;-)

  • Whoops, I mispelled course! Ha ha.

  • Little "Chrissy" sounds awfully masculine.

  • This is because he's male...

  • mynameisnotalfredo, "Chrissy" is Chris Cerf, who is male. Chris also performed another "Chrissy" character as part of Little Jerry & The Monotones with Jerry Nelson (Little Jerry), Jeff Moss (Big Jeffy), and Richard Hunt (Rockin' Richard).

  • What's really funny was that I thought Little Chrissy was female when I first saw him. Looking back now, I don't know why I ever thought he was female! I guess back then I thought "Chrissy" was a girl name. :-P

  • Remember, I was a little one back then!

  • Goodness Gracious!

  • I've always wanted to be a Rock & Roll reader.

  • When I first saw this skit, I thought Telly was scared to see Little Chrissy and his two Alphabeats in the library because I thought that Telly thought they were going to be too loud and noisy singing in the library and disturbing him and the other people in the library while reading especially when libraries are supposed to be quiet. Then at the end when they stopped singing, I thought Telly was angry at all three of them because they were too loud and noisy when they should've been quiet.

  • It's too bad that the Green Alphabeat never got to sing a solo in this skit, (only the lavendar Alphabeat got to sing a solo). I might be wrong but, I have noticed that on every skit of Little Chrissy and the Alphabeats, the Green Alphabeat has never sang a solo.

  • Well, there were only two Don Music skits where the Green Alphabeat sang a solo: "Yankee Doodle" and "Drive, Drive, Drive Your Car". Feel free to mention any others I may have missed.

  • Telly & Little Chrissy! great clip!

    5/5

  • Since Telly's here, I'm assuming this is from the 80's. Looks like it to me.

  • some of this old stuff is JUST what todays youth needs. I love this ish!

  • Who does Chrissy's voice?

  • That would be Chris Cerf.

  • Telly: THAT'S GREAT! THAT WAS GREAT! YOU GUYS ARE ROCK 'N ROLLING HERE IN THE LIBRARY!

  • SSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHH

  • I still wonder why at the end they make Telly hush since they were being noisy themselves.

  • Maybe they shushed Telly because as soon as they entered the library, he was talking a little too loud asking loudly why all three of them are in the library when are actually Rock N Roll stars, so they just sang loudly just to quickly answer his questions, and as soon as they finished singing, Telly was complimenting them by talking loudly, so maybe the reason why they shushed him just to say, "please whisper now, we answered your question, and we could've got in trouble for being loud."

  • haha great point!

  • My views is if youtube deletes stuff like this or bans the accounts then the rest of the youtube community needs to group together and put up 3 copy's of it as a form of protest.

  • I bet they check out Marquis De Sade books.

  • You know, the opening notes remind me of "I'm Gonna Always Love You" from "The Muppets Take Manhattan"...
