The building you see at 0:10 is the Regional Oncology Center at University Hospital. My mother used to work there until 1995 when she retired and moved to Texas.
Honestly, there's something soothing and lovely about that sound to me. I know I'm home in Syracuse when the highway sounds like "whrrrrr-kachunk-whrrrrr-kachunk". I miss that sound, oddly.
It is strange. I grew up in Syracuse for part of my childhood and that sound brings me back there. I suppose it's the same way smells can bring back vivid memories too, like the smell of skunk takes me back to my childhood days in Cooperstown, NY.
