@Motorchevytoyota The 4.5 turbo diesel v8 makes the same torque as the 5.7, so the only real difference is fuel economy. THe cruiser always wins because the 5.7 tundra/landcruiser has to stop more often to fill up ;)
I have the 2010 200 series turbo diesel sahara with the lift, chip and twin exhaust along with all of the upgrades available, am at Fraser at the moment for 6 weeks, have tried all the tracks and can't even slow it down, great on fuel to getting an average of 14 litres to 100km. Not the cheapest car to buy, but what a dream car to own and drive, perfect for towing the boat, or playing at Fraser
Anyone who knocks the toyota 200 or any landcruiser doesn't own one.
In this world, there is 2 types of people. People who own a 200 and people who don't. Anyone with a 200 knows EXACTLY what they are like. The turbo 200 is the best cruiser EVER made. It's the best, and anyone who disagrees does not own one nor drive one. It's that simple. Cruiser owners know the truth.....
Could not agree more, Been on a few more trips with mine, bush beach and mud, and has performed out of sight, surprising all that has seen what it can do, even converting a few from other makes to the 200. Watch out for mine in 4wd action mags later this year, have been invited on the 'Living the dream' trip over 2 weeks touring up the Queensland coast leaving on the 30th of april. Should be a blast, Cant wait.....
good for the beach and mum picking up the kids for soccer thats about it dont bother and bush work with ifs u get no flex and the fuel would empty ur pocket quick
@hmooblis69 well u obviously know every thing ! lifting ifs does not increase flex! u may get some better flex out of the rear but thats it! ifs are for touring and do not flex well!
@hmooblis69 oh sorry u must know all about it then! u dont need to own one to know ifs doesnt flex well.... look at any 4x4 comp and i bet all u will see is solid axle
