It means they are the permanent bowlers on tour for that year. Everyone else has to qualify to make it to match play. It is total BS if you ask me. It is why the PBA has turned to shit.

the only reason he would kick ass with ebonite is because he can get a new one whenever he wants and he'd need it cuz ebonite balls die so damn quick. they suck. my Total NV hooked so much and hit so hard when i 1st got it. now (a month later) it just craps out in the back end.
