@jrobmccoy yeah that thing looks like it could smash the skull of a deer! I'm not sure if you could penetrate the deers body but you could probably kill it.
@SuhkaSlayer Soup cans were the main projectile. We found that the soda cans have a tendency to burst INSIDE the barrel due to the force of the combustion. The thicker steel of the soup cans (with a little plaster of paris for weight) and some weather stripping to seal against the barrel yields better performance (and cheap too).

It was the best $250 I spent on a camera. The camera is the Casio Exilim ex-fc100 and is the most awesome camera, to date, that I have.
