hy didn't this guy end up getting as big as NIN, or even Ministry? he's very good and i think original enough to be considered a valid artist in the industrial music scene. and yet he's one of the last things you hear about if you're looking into industrial music... you always hear NIN, ministry, skinny puppy, KMFDM, or even that silly monotonous Combichrist shit... why has everyone forgotten about pig?

Well Raymond Watts is a genius in his own right. I don't really believe one is more talented than the other. I used to think Trent was a genius to, but unfortunately he makes shitty disposable mainstream crap these days, his last great album was the Fragile. Raymond hasn't been doing much these days either, though.

actually it's very evident that Trent is severely influenced by many early industrial artists, including Pig. If you listen to some tracks on The Fragile they're almost idtentical to some songs on "Tabula Rasa" by Einsturzende Neubauten (1993) as well as Downward Spiral era NIN uses alot of the same sounds as Pig. Amazingly, pig doesn't believe in samplers...so do the math yourself

Man when i first heard this song i played it over and over. Genius. I finally found a copy of a stroll in the pork on ebay, cost me £30! but worth it. When music this good comes it it kinda takes over a lot of your life and cash hehe. Met Ray at a ministry gig on London not too long ago. Top bloke.
