I appreciate the fact that you offer actual information as opposed to marketing drivel that is so common in the legal world.
But you might want to work on your delivery. Reading the entire text for this podcast was probably not a good idea, just like reading your opening or closing statement verbatim is a bad idea. It prevents you from establishing eye contact, and makes your language less compelling.
