  • Um, okay. This is a kipping pull up with a leaning tricep extension. NOT a experienced, world class gymnastic muscle up. Please do not use this video to practice your world class level techniques.

  • This is not a muscle-up. It seems the entire crossfit community is confused about this exercise. Please view Andreas Aguilar's video to see the proper execution of the muscle-up. The legs cannot be used whatsoever and the dip portion should resemble a tricep pushdown without any forward lean.
