  • i'm having trouble finding a religious order.

  • Why are they barefoot?

  • May God come down and aid those Sisters

  • Is this how angels sound? Maybe so?

  • So beautiful! Thank you.

  • Beautiful....Thank you!

  • ChristChild!

  • As far as I know, Capuchins are Franciscans, which is one of the most known Catholic religious orders for both men and women. There are other Franciscans besides the Capuchins, though. Their name comes from their habits, which have a 'hood' or 'capuchin'. May the Lord bless us with more vocations to the religious life [men and women]. They truly make the world a better place by simply 'being'...

  • Beautiful

  • I know not this order.

But the nuns are so beautiful! So peaceful!

  • It is Concordi Laetitia. Not actually part of the Liturgy of the Hours. I recorded the music and video separately.

  • Good to know, I was about to post a comment about their voices.

  • great video though :)

as a theatre person I love how they walk in barefoot singing, it's very ritualistic and theatrical, very beautiful, thank-you

  • Can someone tell me what this music is? which part of the Liturgy of the Hours? absolutely beautiful.

  • Like our bishope from our Diosis(Arecibo)once said: Nuns are the lungs of the church. God bless you all.

  • I love those sisters! They are so beautiful. I've watched this so many times that I've memorized the song. haha.

  • wonderful! There are not many capuchin nuns in the world, are there? I really admire them, though i'm going to be dominican...

  • Dear Sisters, This is Sister Chiara's, mother--Llnda. I have viewed the podcast, and now the litany video--how fantastic it all has been. I miss my daughter very much, but I know she is in the very best hands. The music made me wish I was right there with all of you, praising Our Lord. Sometimes I long to get out of the world, and into the sanctuary of a life like yours. Please continue your beautiful work, and remember us always. Hope to see you later this year. God bless -Linda Linker

  • I enjoyed that very much. I believe that the vibrations of Divine love don't stop at the monastery walls but travel thru the universe carrying the love in their hearts to places they will not know in this life. Blessings and peace to all of those ladies.

  • God bless you Sisters, that was truly heavenly music! Thank you for your prayers.

  • Oh how beautiful, surely the voices of devotion carried to the heavens! God must be truely pleased. Br. John Bartholomew, AIHM

  • Have they released a CD yet?

Seriously -- beautifully balanced collective choral harmony.

  • Thanks for the comment, I'll pass it on. The Sisters don't do CD's.

  • The singing of angels...

  • I love that arrangement of Concordi Laetitia. I think I might have spotted Sr. Joan in that video.
