@09Chelsh Hello..well 7lbs is not easy to take off but doing this daily and following a diet which is very important ... is difficult to say because depends from a person to another but in general 7lbs in 2 months.But I repeat you need to have control of your body, nutrition, and mentality as well. @xloseremo The best way to lose fat is to gain muscle. If you're just going to do cardio, yes, you'll lose weight and look skinny, but you'll also have loose, jiggly skin. Muscle will tighten these areas thus avoiding, what I like to call, the "skinny-fat" look. Another plus to muscle is that the more you have of it, the more calories you burn! Now who doesn't want that!

Also, I found this website where a lot of people give their strecth mark "remedies"... Use them at your own risk... I hope this helps.. Me? I'm using a lemon.
