  • hi. I am 5'4 and weight 126/127lbs (it changes), I would like to tone up and get down to 120lbs. How long do you think it will take me to lose those 7lbs if i do this everyday?

  • @09Chelsh Hello..well 7lbs is not easy to take off but doing this daily and following a diet which is very important ... is difficult to say because depends from a person to another but in general 7lbs in 2 months.But I repeat you need to have control of your body, nutrition, and mentality as well.   • hi! i loved ur video! how many times i should workout this routine at week? cause i always go to gym to make some weight routine but i like to make this kind of routines ! and yes! the results are better with this kind of workout than make in machine!

  • @moshomin2 hello! Thanks for watching! The routine you should do it every-night or try to do it before you go to sleep in this way you will burn all the calories that you accumulated from that day!

  • @TheAditi03 Hello...Well this can vary from a person to another , but if you do this daily and following a diet you will have visible results after 1 month less or more, I heard users who saw visible results even in the first 2 weeks" But I Repeat do it daily, follow a diet, even after you have the results, you'll need to keep up your shape :)

  • @xloseremo The best way to lose fat is to gain muscle. If you're just going to do cardio, yes, you'll lose weight and look skinny, but you'll also have loose, jiggly skin. Muscle will tighten these areas thus avoiding, what I like to call, the "skinny-fat" look. Another plus to muscle is that the more you have of it, the more calories you burn! Now who doesn't want that!
