  • im searching for the bands and this video was made on my birthday! But good job gurllsss!!!! im gonna tryout for cheerleading and see if "the bands" will help me build my stregnth and im also trying to master my splits but like everytime i do my splits they end up being "bent knee" or "crooket hip" so yeaa im learining slowly but surely

  • Well, at least now I know how the 'legally aged' Gymnast have such amazing legs. In all seriousness though, that's quite amazing. I can see how they have such endurance and controll if they're doing that for years at a time. Not to mention all the other things they train for.

  • so im thinking about getting the bands my legs are a little weak and im a ice skater and could really use them but dont know what size to get, one week i can be under 110 pounds but the next i can be over 110 pounds

    what one should i get?

  • @Koolkat848 it depends if u make sure u practice every day it seems like secong nature to u when u do it u just got to make sure u dot slack off on praticing and it will be easiy so do listen to every body who sayd is hard because it not but if your realy interestied in if it hard try for your self GOOD LUCK

  • the bands work your Core muscles to help with speed, strength, balance and endurance which helps with your conditioning and many phases of your sport or activity. these ladies use them in all their conditioning, flexibility and endurance training.

  • i have no idea but just from watching that i want to join gymnastics actually i am going to go and ask my dad

  • @smashthisplz i did it for like 5 years and had to quit cuz i got injured, but just saying, its the best thing in the world!
