To download the game first get a program called uTorrent, at utorrent[]com then go to isohunt[]com and search windows Postal 2. It will come in an iso file. Get alcohol 120% and burn the iso (image) file to a disk. Then when its done take out the disk, reboot your computer and insert the disk. It will install just like the game like it was bought at the store. :D
