its the new supra...for $400k!! :/ ...that price tag is lil nutty...i tihnk they shud've done something like nissan did w/ the gt-r...affordable supercars are the way to go, especially for the crowd that'll be into japanese supercars

well i like IS-F. my friend has one. IS-F front looks better than this car's front. this car's price is TBD but it will be in the six figure number. im not paying $100,000 - $200,000 for a lexus that is basically a toyota underneath regardless of its performance. it's gotta look as good as european or it will fail just like all the japanese sports cars in the 90's that were over priced rice rockets posing as real sports cars

It isn't a toyota though... It's a Lexus. They are different entities. Lexus branched off from Toyota a while ago. They are not so close. I wouldn't associate Acura with Honda. Lexus I think is better than BMW or Audi. Sorry. They are just a lot further ahead than any german company. First 8 speed automatic transmission for example. This car might not be as sexy as the Audi R8, but I think it is coming close. It's a good first stab a super car for Lexus.

i know that. Lexus is actually one of my fav auto brands. but im just saying they coulda done a better job at designing the face of this car. i mean they spent 10 yrs making this car. c'mon now. Lexus is not better than BMW or AUDI except maybe residual value. BMW and AUDI perform and look better than Lexus and Lexus doesn't have a formidable model to match BMW and AUDI. you might like this car if you're a ricer or under 21 but unfortunately can't afford it either

I agree with Krayzel. This car was not exactly designed to appeal to those who can afford it. It's a halo car that's gonna be used to promote upcoming cheaper toyota models that look similar in styling. IE. the FT-86 Celica replacement.
