The Doctor, at that point in time, still thinks he loves Rose so he dosen't see how AMAZING Martha is. She is in the right place at the wrong time. Martha's the best companion. She showed him, by leaving, there was more to life than Rose, grieving for Rose, and thinking of Rose, then he thought about all the stuff she had done for him! And he realized that yes, he loved her two! HIS FACE in TSS is so shocked when she's engaged! Poor him, he lost his Rose, then his Martha. GO MARTHA!Good video MG
