Loan servicing companies do not loan money. They operate in the lending industry after-the-fact, and gain huge profits from fabricating: false late charges, foreclosures and other misc. fees for the sole purpose of striping as much of homeowner's equity and/or wealth as possible.
Litton loan is horrible. They are scammers.

While I agree the points made are clear examples of mortgage abuse and fraud.
The VIDEO is MISLEADING too. They steer people to their commercial web site to report a crime. They are NOT law enforcement in any way.
