  • i got the short mag version of this gun

  • Oh, ghostshooting at 1:53

  • HI THER I HAVE A 243 BROWNING BLR -BELGIUM I NEED A MAGAZINE .AND I LIVE IN PHOENIX ARIZONA ,

  • looks cool but i like bolt actions over any other

  • how many cost ?

  • @druisteen1 It costs 3 goats, but I'll let you have it for 2.

  • I think i just fell in love

  • my BLR .308 is an amazing gun... Durable, Reliable and amazingly accurate! A great hunting rifle for anyone, in any caliber

  • @MountainMaster1 - what kind of scope do you use on it if you don't mind me asking?

  • @nialljamesbuckley Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40, such a great combination.

  • @MountainMaster1 - very nice indeed - thanks for writing back!

  • wow i'm surprised a company like Browning would let a screw up like that @ 1:54 slip into an advertisement

  • @12799MaDeuce

They don't want us to believe that anyone would actually "use" a gun and actually "fire" it.

  • he normal one is better than the one that breaks in half

  • a blr should NOT be chambered in 450marlin!!! its a lever round! not ment for box magazines. i have a 1895M chambered for 450marlin. my favorite brush gun!

  • We have to of these one in 7mm and one in 450 marlin I just love them they feel so good to shoot

  • Yes! Browning is reliable and accurate. but don't think we are losing some culture here???

Lever=MArlin, Win94, and Henry Big Boy

  • get the marlin. blr is kinda queer and realy ugly

  • Does aneyone reckon i should get this instead of a marlin 30-30?

  • Yes.

    Get it over the 30-30

    It is vastly superior.

  • damn thats a nice rifle, and not that expensive either, only $300 Aussie dollars mor than marlin's 336c

  • i've had a blr .308 for 5 years now. It's a great hunting gun. Short, light, fast and accurate. I'm not much for the high sheen ,but overall love the gun.

  • savage 99 and winchester 88 would also be a good choise but they dont make these anymore... and still for me these guns are still... meh

  • that gun is gay. a real lever is a winchester, marlin. if you like long range shooting and superior ballistics dont get a lever gun.... and if you do want one marlin xlr line up 338 or 308 marlin express.

  • Do you own a .308 MX? I am considering purchasing one and would like to talk to someone who has one. I know I like the marlin 336 feel and have always wished they were in a better cal than the 30-30. Have you tried any 300 yard shots and how did it work.

  • yes, I own a 308 marlin express.I took down a 2point buck reasantly at 175 yards and the deer just dropped. were I live the shots never go out to 300 yards so i usually just practice at 200 or less and it works fantastic. the marlin is a true handmedown rifle that will last forever and the browning blr is good for beginnersn and it is not a true leveraction rifle. If your getting a 308 or 338 get the marlin. there the same price.

  • I have had people try to tell a lever action can't be as accurate as a bolt action. I don't know where people get this stupid idea.

  • The Marlin 308 is a better handling gun, but I would rather have a rifle that uses more commonly available ammo, and .308 Win is still cheaper than .308 Marlin Express.

  • not really buddy, the boxes of ammo are like 2$ differance were i live here in canada

  • If it took FAL or AR-10 magazines, i'd consider it.

  • Does anybody else think it's hilarious that at 1:53 the guy fires the gun without the hammer actually being cocked?

  • @sotto2 hahaha lol

  • @sotto2 ha

  • Comment removed

  • I own one in .308, had it for almost 8 years now, it's a tack driver...shoots 1/2 MOA. The trigger is a 2-stage, anyone complaining about it hasn't spent enough time playing with one, take up its first stage and it fires as precise as anything out there. One of the best rifles on the market!

  • fake alert at 1:54

  • i have one and it is awesome in every way. the open sights are so good i dont even need a scope

  • 0:25 What kind of ammo is that - - i'd loooove to know

  • just bought a lightweight 81 and suppose to go shoot it soon
