@arstyfairie08 Dude, was this at the Chance? Were they headlining? That summer was actually the height of their popularity (despite the fact that their three best albums were yet to come), as Epic went into heavy rotation on old school MTV (which actually showed videos then)

saw FNM with GnR and Metallica... my first show ever. FNM opened and to me was the perfect example of how popular music was beginning to morph into alternative rock as Metallica and GnR sounded stale and old fashion afterwards.

After The Real Thing, Nirvana and the rest of the Seattle Sound took over and Alternative Rock forever changed the mainstream.

I was at this fucking show...no tix..went down, was looking to buy from a scalper and got free ones from a local dj. great gig...i wish some of the footage of the actual show would be posted...it kicked total ass. Circus of Power opened up and unfortunately no one gave a shit.

All of this footage really took me back! I remember being in the 6th grade, and my favorite bands were FNM, RHCP, Gn'R and Metallica. Everyone else was going apeshit over New Kids on the Block, Nelson and Damn Yankees... Not to mention Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer! It seems there has always been plenty of footage of the band from Angel Dust on, but I really couldn't find too much until now. Thanks for sharing!!! :)

I'm female ;) but Mike's interview sessions is uploaded here from Angel Dust, I didn't upload that, the rest with the other's interviews aren't, but I can try and find my copy, which isn't a great copy, and upload it here.. it's a 4 hour DVD, so, it is just something that's going to get up here.
