I have tried this so many times, untill I found a good technique and completed it in 4min45s :D Henrique is the one that holds you up, allot! As soon as he is going to step the docks and mention anything about the boat, run and climb onto the container, back on the stairs and use SMG to shoot the guys on the left, then quickly use rocket launcher to blow up the 2 cars that will arrive. Run upstairs and blow up another arriving car. Clean the area below. Go back up and blow up the last 2 cars.

@ToastyTarget00 I agree with you man. It bothers me when I think about doing 100% for the rest of the missions...And then it reminds me of failing all the time, succeeding some stuff...But some of the targets were not aquired... It sucks, but GTASeriesVideos's helps alot man.

@CommanderForce7 I just got it yesterday. Heres a tip, dont skip the first cutscene because youll have to wait for the guy to walk down the entire stairs, if you dont skip it youll start off with him already at the bottom like in this vid. Also, you can call Armando for a bullet gt before you start a replay(you have to be at the place where the mission starts) and you can pick it up for missions like "in the crosshairs" where you cant use a helicopter after youve already completed the story*

Ok what the hell!! I can't finish this mission under that time! The guy playing in the video barely made it, and only because a glitch happened at 4:02 and 3 dudes just disappeared! so what the hell!!

Not sure if its a glitch since it also happened the times I played this mission (on pc). I think its more a case of sloppy programming by rockstar. When you kill to fast, your allies can't keep up, so the game simply kills of the remaining enemies so you don't have to kill everyone. The "glitch" should probably also occur in your game - maybe you just overlooked the enemies disappearing from radar? As for the time limit, of course its close, if it wasn't the would be no point....

Agreed, but I also look forward to one about in Tokyo. Mostly they just need to get better at what they are doing now. Instead of introducing new features they should be better at implementing controls (pc version) and make the characters and the story more believable.
