I think its preparation for a global catastrophe. The plans are in place for what to do with the survivors, what camps to bring them to depending on their locations. @jimbronaugh They would not move on such a massive scale under a suppositional determination. There has been too much of a concerted effort for too long to risk such intensive labor on something that could happen. There is clearly a plan under way here that requires such an all out movement and it is not some disaster that may or may not occur. You extend an effort only where you create the need to utilize it.

There has been too much of a concerted effort for too long to risk such intensive labor on something that could happen. See "A Bug's life" think of the goverment like Hopper and his crew at least the bad ones, the good ones are like "The Queen ant" and "Princess Ada" in that movie and their court. @jdwmpe that is a great question and honestly I have no idea. That is the problem with these bubbles is that there is no telling when it will end. It could be tomorrow, next week, next month or a year from now. All I can say is that we will not make it more than 18 months from right now before we start having MAJOR problems. My suggestion is to buy efoods, propane, supplies. gasoline. storable water, and more survival needs. Also listen to Peter schiff and Gerald Celente.

This is no Bull Shit! I have copies of a Document titled: Army Regulation 210-35 Effective 14 February 2005 Installations Civilian Inmate Labor Program. Header (top left) Headquarters Department of the Army Washington DC 14 January 2005 This is A 34 page document explaining in great detail the exact protocol for everything from where & how civilians will be housed & what their duties shall be, etc. It speaks of using military bases as detention camps. But that may have been revised.

I've seen videos of camp hunters walking right up to them, taking photos of the inside, if there real you are NOT going to be able to take photos of these places. You need to seperate false stories on the web and what FEMA is realy about. I sat next to FEMA people trying to mobolize aide to our state. In Katrina, you had a few racist police shooting at Black people trying to cross a bridge to get to safety. They relocated people across the country because LA was still unsafe.
