  • It was great of Frank to bring these two back together. I never missed Jerry Louis telethon. I remember this one so well. I still get tears when I watch this.

  • does not get any better than this.

  • Awesome! Good to see old friends coming back together. Good on Frank and Dean true BFFs. Thanks for sharing! :)

  • I still get goosebumps every time I see this..

  • nice

  • if you know anything about show bizniz it dont get much bigger than this

  • The "Rat Pack" on Stage together once again....Sammy is Missing. God Rest his Soul...

These were such good times for Televison. Johnny Carson - Laugh-in, Dean Martin's show.

the Celebrity Roasts awww man so many great memories. Truly Magical times .

Most of all of the greats are all Gone now... I Hope they're all together in Heaven.

listening to Sinatra sing again.... I miss all these guys..

  • As of this 1976 showing they are implying Dean and Jerry havent seen each other , let alone did anything together in 20 years. Dean roasted in 1971 on his show

Check out you tube Jerry Lewis Roast

  • thank u

  • Show people are like no other people. Just a mike and here is the magic! Thx for posting this precious moment.

  • Why do people think Sinatra had talent? I mean, he was a decent singer. But Elvis or Johnny Cash would have sung cicles around him.

  • zazozung, you might want to learn something about popular singing and the ways in which Sinatra turned it into an art. I'm a huge fan of Elvis and Johnny Cash, but I can accept they don't belong in Sinatra's league. Listen to half a dozen of Sinatra's Capitol albums from the '50s, then tell us all about his lack of talent.

  • i love it

  • Pay attention to how much these two guys loved each other even though they hadn't spoken in years. Look at Jerry's face when the camera is on him when Dean is singing....priceless! These guys were the best of the best and nobody is even close to their talent level today and probably never will be.

  • Deano wasn't even drinking...it's his schtick.

  • Dean Martin is wasted.

  • Hhahaha Love it !!!

  • They didn't needed half-naked chicks, auto-tune, cars and tons of special effects too put on a good entertainment.

  • Precious memories

  • just fab watched it with pride. my grand kids know were to find me on you tube watching dean martin viddeo's. please keep them coming

  • The Italians sing and the Jew counts the money. Classic.

  • Wow i remember this and it does bring tears to my eyes, i remember Jerry singing his song at the end of the Telethon and i used to cry....i love it......

  • Uhh....that was nice....the drunken humor gets a little old after a while.

  • the MISERABLE F^&KS THAT HAVE TOLD jerry he cannot be on are insane i lived this every yr .........just to watch.............now its going to blow hey ya corporate bung sniffers GOOD JOB OUSTING A LEGEND FROM TV,,,,,,YA STINK

  • im 27 and this scene brings tears to my eyes there is not 1 martin and lewis film i have not seen and this clip is just classic.

  • im not making this up,jerry lewis mda telethon 1964 or 65, same skit!

  • I remember watching this as a kid with my parents. we all loved it.

  • WE WILL NEVER "EVER" SEE MEN LIKE THESE AGAIN!!! GOD BLESS THEM ALL!

  • Damn. These guys were the epitomy of 40's/50's cool white guys. Dean Martin was the master of making a career out of being pleasantly buzzed at all times, drinkin, smokin, partying - every day. One of the original rock stars I guess.

  • Ahh.... the good old days in Las Vegas....You could still smoke on TV....

  • greatest comedy duo EVER

  • A better time for sure!

  • Who cares, the millionaires had a little fight - didn't talk to each other. This was back when a select few ruled TV, at least it's opened to the public now. This reunion was a joke.

  • Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis really hated each other, i remember watching Dean's biography on tv, he told Frank that he really dont want to ever see Jerry again aft dis reunion

  • @zayyad31 There's no question their split-up was a bitter one, and for two decades they didn't speak to each other, but towards the end of his career Dean made up with Jerry. When Dean Martin's son was killed in 1987 Jerry attended the funeral. When Dean heard that his old partner had been there he called Jerry on the phone and they talked for two hours. Jerry told Dean he loved him and Dean replied "I know you do, and I love you too".

  • Ol' Blue Eyes > any feud. Frank and Dean...R.I.P. You are both greatly missed.

  • Was Den Martin drunk?

  • @bigsky350 dean martin rarely drank it was all an act in many books i read ( including jerrys book) they say that dean did not drink. when frank was partying dean would go upstairs to bed and watch aa western ( he loved westerns) he liked to get up early and play golf. so no dean was not drunk it was a act dean was a better actor than people gave him credit for R.I.P dean

  • @bigsky350 " DEN " Martin? Wait, are YOU drunk... Heh heh... just kiddin

  • There are no giants of show biz like this anymore.

  • Live at Sahara? Or somewhere else?

  • I remember seeing this live. This was amazing.

  • remember seeing it live...we used to watch the telethon every year. it was quite a moment.

  • absolute best! i cried too lol

  • Brought tears to my eyes...I'm only 49 but I remember it well...
