I remember when I was 12 years old and woke up at like 1 am with bedbugs and I had to take a hot bath and put lotion on myself and sit in the tub for like 3 hours. Then I had to spray my bed down with lice spray and not go in my room for about a day. That sure helped alot.

He starts off with the bedbugs and then gets down to introducing himself. Lol, confused military guy. That aside, this video isn't very helpful; it only tells us not to scratch and to avoid being infected. Everyone knows that. I was expecting something that really helps.
