The Spirit Trailer Review DreadHead Chronicles Ep. 18

GOOD CALL. I know I'm late on this but this movie DID suck. I even tried to like it but I just couldn't. It was nothing like I thought it would be. It looked cool in the trailer but the movie itself was garbage. I disagree you on one thing though, Sin City was a fantastic movie. What was wrong with that movie?

Sin City isn't a BAD movie I just didnt care for it that much. I liked Bruce Willis' storyline was pretty cool. Mickey Rourke one wasnt that bad either just found it decent maybe above decent because of style.

dude fruck you! the gwen stacy maryjane crap really bothered me. you dont know wat the Fruck your talkin about. just talk about the movie and shut up about the God awful spiderman3. comic based movies should mirror the comics style and characterization. im not sayin spirit was good though. and also you dont know what noir is.

I agree - it was awful...

But man I really liked it. It's a hilarious film if you can step out of the serious role and just enjoy the campiness. It's silly stupid and fun - I mean Eva Mendes and a Photocopier!!!

It'll be a cult classic in no time...

Yea it wasn't that good, but it was still pretty funny. it seemed more like a parody of itself

this guy is totally stupid.......i was really touched by what he was saying till he said I DIDNT LIKE SIN CITY...i mean for gods sake how can you say that,sin city was a fantastic movie,one of the best movies in the last decades!!!!!!!!

It was decent at best the art work and style which was cool covered up the very plain and predictable storylines.

I do not like the idea of Frank Miller doing Will Eisner's stuff. At all. They are completely different as far as style and content goes. Come to think of it, I really don't like the idea of Frank Miller directing, period. As a writer & artist, he's had his moments. Dark Knight Returns was great, and his early Daredevil stuff was awesome as well, but his most recent stuff...euggh. I didn't like Sin City, didn't like 300 (movie or graphic novel), so I have zero expectations for The Spirit.
