The one thing about Deftones as opposed to Tool is you can listen to them at any time, in any state of time. Tool is more complex and needs attention.. they aren't a band you'd play at a party. Deftones can go either way.

I FUCKING love Deftones. But why do the fuckin suck live? I've seen them live twice and the sound has been TERRIBLE! Holy shit.. One of my favorite bands of all fucking time and they sound like shit live.. I blame the turntablist the ambient noise is great on the album, but it's just hiss and feedback that drowns out the instruments live.. Long live 'tones.
