  • Hey ShadowGordon,

How long did your first Feiyue live under PK circumstances? I hear, they wear down quickly.

  • @KungFuToAkid The feiyues i had in this video turned out to be fake (no wonder they were so cheap...) However, I bought a proper pair of feiyues afterwards and wore them both casually and for parkour, and they asted for around 8 months.

  • @ShadowGordon Interesting. How did you determine that they were fake? Mine have a Top One stiching and the triangular turquoise symbol on the bottom. Is there anything else one should look out for to buy the original? I know only of Tigerclaw feiyues and the aweful yet popular French version with a circular symbol.

  • how are these feiyues feeling when youre training?

  • hey , do you guys think the high top version feiyue's would be better for parkour or worse?, idk, i thought maybe it wud restrict ankle movement , or maybe they would help avoid rolling my ankles?

  • Hey, Um... tbh i'm not too sure as i've never had the high top version... is there a price difference or anything? I'd just stick with the classic feiyues tho to be safe :)

  • these shoes are great for parkour they grip so great

  • cool stuff man, i enjoyed it.

    keep up the training, Asa.

    Subscribed

  • ordered my feiyues today

    black ones like yours

    are they any good

i got them for like 20 quid includin post and packing

im just gettin them for some of my precision and flow work

  • As long as u can land softly then u'll be fine... if not, feiyues will be a huge pain :P cause they dont absorb much impact.

they're nice, light and grippy, but be careful in the wet cause they get quite slippy.

  • hey niice pk vid man! i was wondering how the feiyue shoes performed...do u recommend buying them for parkour?

  • well you're good with barefoot training, like soft landings and all that then yeh go for it, they're great.

But... dont expect any impact absorbtion... and be careful with them in the wet... they get quite slippy. and also i dont like to do flips in the feiyues much, but that might just be me :P

  • cool some nice k to ps

  • What is the song please ?

  • Its

    Your Love is a Lie

    by Simple Plan

  • i see you changed shoes in the end. didnt like em?

  • good observation :P

naah, the second half of the vid was filmed on the saturday, first half was filmed on the sunday.

i only decided to try my new shoes out on the sunday, but filmed an intro with them.... hence the video order is Sundays clips, then satursdays clips... bit mixed up i know :P

  • cool, awesome vid btw. keep it up!!

    Forgetful xx

  • i thought i left long comments *mc* haha.. nice vid gordon :)

  • ..how are the feiyues?

  • ...very often so that was nice. You're really expanding your training aren't you :P 00:38 it's good that you're finding stuff like that. I don't even rememember going anywhere near that obstacle when I was in Duns with you. The movement at 1:35 looked like you had too much momentum and couldn't distribute it too well. I'd suggest rethinking that movement and possibly trying it in a lazy-vault style instead of a pseudo-cat pass. Other than that, handstands + poorly wrist = bad and lastbutnotleast

  • ...ching the ledge then it'd be pretty smooth :) I also think it's cool how movements which you either couldn't do or struggled with less than a year ago are now easy and can be repeated many times for casual practise. For example- 2 of the cat passes in there you couldnt do last time I was in Scotland (although you managed to do one of them on the last day). The precision jump at 00:30, have you do it from B to A yet? 00:44 foot placement between vaults was something i havent seen you do...

  • Luke get on msn :L

it'd be easier to answer all your questions ;)

  • Gorgeous! I love how you seem so much more at ease with your movements and more controlled, instead of forced and uneasy. 00:57 made my day. Where's that place around 1:18 with the... stumps? Looks mint. 1:42 looked pretty awesome, and even though it's not "perfect technique" it definately worked and I think it could prove efficient if practised (instead of landing on one foot and then putting the other down to vault, if you could just vault straight from the landing without the other foot tou..

  • Nice Vid Gordino :P I remember some of tht stuff frm today! :O

    (P.s First view! Woo)
