OK it wasn't #1 movie of 2009. I thought it would be comedy but no it was good Comedy/Drama/Romance. Besides Marley (what a sweetie), Owen Wilson looked fantastic. He mixed comedy and dramatic acting. It was brilliant. The ending was sad but none of us is long-live.

I loved this movie, the ending is heartbreaking, but is a reality check to all life forms, and i just lost a dog about a month and half ago, so i understood how it was. Our family felt their pain, that's what makes this such a good movie, you can connect to it.

We just watched this movie as a family, and yes, it did end sad. But that's life, too.

It was good for the kids to see that to appreciate the silly, bad dog we have now. Also, the life sadnesses(miscarriages) that contributed to who we are now. It was beautiful....not Oscar.. but worth it.

WARNING!! This movie is pathetic. It was sold to kids, as a feel good, funny, dog lover movie. In the end, the dog is euthanized while the entire audience cries! I saw kids, on Christmas day, walking out of this pathetic movie in tears!! How shameful. They deliberately marketed the movie falsely... just to make a few bucks. Let me step back and say the movie itself is not bad. But the marketing of it was shameful and pathetic. Even adults were in tears. Which is fine IF that is what you expect!!

when I was watching this I kept thinking how rude the interviewer was. But having watched it again, he's not. The difference between this and most other interviews is that he's treating them just like anybody else, and not pandering to them. You would hope they would appreciate this, and enjoy being asked original questions. Good job.
