This guy Kristol, along with: David Frum, Richard Perle, Michael Ledeen, administer an unelected platform conceived behind closed doors, by Kristol's father Irving Kristol, godfather Neo-Conservativism, for purposes of stealing vs. negotiating fairly for foreign resources, both human (corporate workforce outsourcing abroad) and petroleum based. Treason this mad and insidious needs watching. Thanks for this vid. More! More! More!
And as for the whole "Fox News is biased". No Duh! That's why we watch it, because it reflects what we feel, much more than CNN or the big 3 networks. It's no secret.
I get comments from your "No Duh!" to strong denials from some who see Fox as God's truth. Plus, Fox uses the "fair and balanced" slogan. It would be more honest to call itself the "conservative network" or something. There's always bias in media, but Fox bias is a higher order of magnitude. That's what's so insidious about Fox's "poison the well" strategy. They take the truth that "everyone's biased" and try to turn it into "everyone's as biased as Fox."
Fox's policy is conservative bias it allows them to cast all other networks as "liberal" in comparison, and therefore "biased" and suspect even on clear points of fact. It's a deliberate effort to politicize the very idea of fact in news, but if they ADMIT they are conservative they are, for all intents and purposes admitting to politicizing fact, and that looks something like outright propoganda.
Bush, won in 2004 by 4 MILLION votes, not the "loss" of, what was it, 300,000 votes in 2000? I'm in Texas and I voted for him just to give one more to the popular vote.
That's what this is all about. You can't believe he won re-election, never mind being elected in the first place and you HATE him for it. The whole "drag through the mud" quote is proof of that. Guess we'll see how the midterms turn out. ;)
I try not to hate anyone and I do not hate Bush. I just disagree with him about a great many things.
Bush had lowest victory margin for incumbent US President since 1916 (electoral college) or 1948 (popular vote) which just means the country is very split. That's what disappoints me most about Bush; he had a moment after 9/11 to use the unifying force of the event to do some great things that transcend politics. Instead he/Rove used 9/11 for partisan advantage.
It's hard not to hate Bush. At this point his entire presidency is based on a kind trust that puts a man's supposed intent ahead of his actual actions. There is more death and destruction in this world than there was before he was president. Bush act and his supporters act like everything that has happened to this point was fate and nothing to do with him. I refuse to believe this is incidental. He's to pathetic to hate, but I do disgust him.
I would suggest the first thing that would make me feel a little bit better toward Your Own Chris Dodd & the fanny may pack is... if they'd follow the Japanese example, come before the American people, take that deep bow & say: 'I'm sorry,' then... do one of two things: resign or go commit suicide
My comment was made 2 years ago - about BUSH - and you bring up Chris Dodd and Fannie Mae?
What planet are you from?
Is it the same planet where Obama is being blamed for the bad economy that existed before he even came into office?
BTW neither Fannie Mae nor Chris Dodd collapsed our economy, but they are convenient scapegoats because one is a Democrat and the other helps poor people.
Try Phil Gramm and the Glass-Steagel act, and you'll be a little closer to the truth.
I still think a majority of the 300,000 "won" Gore votes in 2000 were in fact felons, dead people ala 1960 in Illinois, illegal aliens and "double votes" by college students.
No, it's wasn't... Some people said that on booth side, so I guest they are a bit the same, kind of 50/50 for the death vote ;) Like in living population...
And we don't know if Gore have win since, well it's was on December 12 "safe harbor" deadline so the recount wasn't finish.
Anyways, it's mostly the sign of bigger trouble in organization of vote in Florida. Old machine that are hard to use+no standard machine+Non felons/Felons+Central Voter File trouble+Tension+News problem.
Dodd's woven many tales of why he can't, won't or doesn't need to and never intended to release the documents from deals that will save him tens of thousands of dollars over the terms of the mortgages. The favors Dodd accepted from Countrywide sparked a Senate ethics investigation and may be part of a federal criminal probe into Countrywide's furtive, sustained campaign for influence in Washington.
You're posting off-topic replies to 2 year old topics ranting and raving about Chris Dodd, as if he is the main reason our economy went sour.
Right-wingers are trying to pin the crises on Fannie mae, because they'd rather blame poor people than the rich white guys who engaged in the REALLY risky financial shenanigans. These guys were aided and abetted by Republican derregulation plans (glass-steagle) with which Democrats sadly cooperated.
ranting and raving? have you seen the news papers? Have you seen cnn? MSN , News week? Time mag... and dozens of others ... ranting and raving about Chris Dodd... I am in the business . Obama was ranting and raving about Bush on the internet about Bush from 8 yrs ago...and he won the election by doing it ... Obviously you got the message even if it was 1 yr ago. So... what next. another american that can do nothing but wine...complain... and what about ?

I beg to differ. What you wrote had NOTHING to do with my comment OR the video. I made a comment about Bush, on a video about Sec. of Defense, you reply with Dodd. How does that make any sense to you?
I was being sarcastic when I asked if you were a spam-bot, so I guess I struck a nerve, huh?
I still don't know what I did to get dragged into your lunatic ravings, but please leave me out of them from here on.

Unlike most other liberal I don't want Bush thrown out of office. I want him humiliated and dragged through the mud, to be sure, but not out. Out means Cheney takes over and appoints a new VEEP, yet ANOTHER member of his team that is unelected. Rummy, he can go ANYTIME! GREAT VID, AS ALWAYS! t.
I'll be happy when the whole group is impeached and brought up on war crimes, from Shrub on down to Rummy. They are all a bunch of cowards who avoided their chance to go to war, hence the name chickenhawks.
that certainly is a nice dream...could it really be possible? i don't know. bill said we'd then win the war, though, and it's not as if i care about winning the war. i just want rummy to go away...
