Linus some basic combat advice: Dont always try to drive to the closest possible you can be to the mission objective. If you are less than 60 meters away, just get out and run. (Unless they are there shooting you, or there is a quick way to drive right up to it) Also, the misssion objective is more important than chasinng people down. And ad you spawn, try to get to the nearest car as fast as possible to the objective.

Players can only hurt you if they are oppositioning you in a mission or they/you have a 5 star notoreity.

For inventory and such, you should get a joker secondary(look online to find contact guides). (Its an amazing secondary at short range and it can beat most primaries, aka its a good secondary) Then, you want to get a LIGHT rifle. These are great at owning people. Also, remember to look around cover to shoot (I think its q/e while holding right click)

Then, you need to rank up these contacts: Terri Quan (w for waterfront) --> Chiro (w) --> Javez (f) Then you can buy a truck with a 'patriot" in the name (You also unlock this truck from chiro, but javez's is a better version) Now you have the truck. All of its stats are slightly above average (except for cargo, but not important for missions) and it has a superb ramming ability to ram your oppressors. Next Tip: You want to get to a contact that has clotting agent. Its an amazing implant.

Linus, I've played this and I've found a GREAT strategy for everything. Basically, go to the waterfront, then find something like the "fortuna mall", constantly mug people and pick up all of the items you see (except for items that you cant hold on your person and have to carry) then drive to a contact, get dirty money, and go to the money laundry for major loot!

EMERGENCY TIP: If an enforcer witnesses you doing a crime if you see the orange shield symbol an enforcer that sees you can arrest u
