For the chart part...we used the activity series for single replacements, so I kinda got confused with that part, but we used the solubility chart for double replacements. So the a.series chart can be applied to single replacements as well, right?
Isnt that you have to multiply ?? For example: (Fe3)2. .... Do you have to multiply 3x2 ?? Answer ass soon as you can pleasee i have a quiz tomor.. Here is my e-mail m_vargas_7@live.com
OMG the solubility chart! I've been wondering for weeks how my lecturer expects us to know a solid from a gas from a liquid - I didn't know such a chart existed until now.
Is it reasonable for them to expect us to know if something is s/l/g/aq without giving us this chart or telling us directly that a substance has been dissolved etc? (discounting the obvious diatomics and gases).
BTW your videos are *fantastic*, and have really helped me to get through my chem bridging course!
how to you know the products formula when they reacts for example H2+N2-->NH3,how do you know that it is NH3 or something else? is it a way to determin it or just by memorizing them all?
whats the significance of an element being in group 7 in threse equations. he refers to them a couple times as though they act differently from other elements in an equation. can someone please explain that.
Thank you so much your videos are the only reason i am passing chemistry right now. I teach all my friends chemistry and they think i'm so smart all because i watched your videos.
Gah i hate my chemistry teacher she doesnt teach us at all but expects us to know it all no one passes her class with more than a low C most dont even pass CAN YOU REPLACE HER SERIOUSLY

When nonmetals react, you have to be told the product(s); when it's ionic compounds, you can predict with replacement reactions!
