Couple of things I would say.

SHe may not have much of a voice left by the time she matures if she keeps screaming like that.

She is cute, and all that, but really, the thing about Connie Talbot is her pitch is absolutely perfect. She doesn't have to push the melody, or strain to belt out the tune. She just lets it flow, like a soothing river flowing over you.

Not to worry. This song is within my little girl's range. She seems pushing because it's a rock music. Connie is such that different, as you say "flowing" that's why my little girl like her much too.

She is so very young, so her timing, tone and stage craft will much improve as she matures.

But care must be taken to not unintentionally damage her very young vocal chords singing songs that extend her physical capabilities.

But all power to her for getting up in front of such a large audience.
