Such a beautiful song. Tolkien was a genius and then Peter Jackson just put in into a visual perspective. And all that together? Well yes I am crying a little. ;)
I watched this movie in the theatre with my dad when I was 8, and when the credits rolled, everyone in the theatre stood up and applauded. True story.
@ZimmermanHound So? Does that make it a bad film series? Just people's skin color is important and saving the world does not mean a thing? Anyways there is a black guy (an extra) if you watch Return of the King and watch Gordon/Rohan's armies marching towards the black gate you'll see a black guy.
I never understood why at 1:26 Liv Tyler was the 3rd person shown on the credits before Viggo??? WTF Why is she the 3rd main character in the credits on all three movies?!?!?!? o.0
I wish Sam got more credit at the end of the movie, I mean if it wasn't for him the ring would never have been destroyed. It just bugs me that everyone only cries 'Frodo!'. Poor Sam.
Cant believe that even after all these years since the movie came out people still in 2011 watch these videos from the old lord of the rings movie and im one of them, that just comes to show what a great movie it was and still is!
As excited as I am for The Hobbit, I am disappointed that Peter Jackson decided to go the Part 1 and Part 2 fad that's been plaguing films as of recent.
Does that mean that we get to see more details? Yes...but it also makes me question how the hell they fit the ENTIRE Lord of the Rings trilogy into 3 whole films...and those were longer books. I think the Hobbit would have worked fine as one 3 and a half hour long film, but oh well. It'll be nice to see none the less...and in 3D too! Immersion!
@banglefaar Peter Jackson will adapt most of the Hobbit in Part 1 and it probably will be 3 and a half hours long. As for Part 2 this will be a new script which will not be based on any book.
Forget about Harry Potter. This is the real love and dedication of the most beloved books is. To be a part of something like LOTR/The Hobbit would be a dream come true. LOTR forever!
I can't explain why this is so beautiful , it just is. 8 years later, and I still cry... and to say that 10 people in my class don't want to see it, because they don't like war. seriously. They don't believe me when I tell them what it's really about: Hope. Friendship.Love. <3
Hi Friends Please tell me how to make like this Ending Credit ? i mean what software to make this is Sketche in this Credit ? i know many softwaes convert photo to sketche photo , but not like this sketche , and remember this is sketche not hund-drawing sketches , because i know many ending like that credit . so please tell me some INFO to make Credit like that
2:40 ftw! I was so sad when Boromir died and cried a little when they put Sean Bean in the credits.... Okay, I cried a lot. I was sad to see the films go.. :'(
the year is 2011 and no film ending credit that i seen beaten the lord of the ring trilogy ending credit. im guessing this will be my favorite of all time
I love the concept art during the credits here. The song is also amazing. Screw Star Wars. That was the last generations trilogy. I remember being 13 in the theatre watching the Fellowship. I'm 22 now and I still cry. Music really gets to me.
i was sitting in the kino and was watching the credits with lots of others, there was so many emotions, both good and bad (bad becouse the triology ended) but good becouse... can't explain -.-" its just a epic triology that have to go into the history books with the incredible music too. so peacefull and harmonic.
