Sorry I can tell u exactly what is was. It was a Powerchute. Someone rigged LED lites in the parachute and turned around using the wind with the engine off. I do it all of the time in Texas.

It was an rc plane. i know the pilot of that helicopter (it was an A-Star helicopter for those of you who don't believe me) and they locked onto it with their FLIR (Forward Looking Infrared) camera, and it was clear it was an rc plane.

The red lights at 2:14, I'm guessing, is another plane, or the helicopter. The UFO seems closer to us then it was. I would expect the UFO to be a lot larger than the red lights if it was. That's why I feel that it's fake.
