  • Why not get a Poodle or a Portuguese Water Dog if you want a low shedding, low dander dog?... At least you won't have to take out a mortgage for one of them!

  • OK first someone mentioned that the poodle doesn't shed and is smarter than a lab so what was the breeder thinking. Emphasis to the lab part was 'calm, trainable'. Poodles are too bouncy to be guide dogs (usually). Second, the guy in the vid says there's 'no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog'. The writers really need to look up the meaning of hypoallergenic, hypo=low, allergenic= something causing allergies. Low allergy causing, plenty dogs like that.

  • i love dogs and i want one so bad i mean i have wanted one for 11 years and i still haven't got one so any hints please help xxx !!!!

  • labedoodle doodle doolde first you get a lab then you get a poodle please like commet

  • Every breed started out as a mutt. I love doodles. I love every dog. ;)

  • If you want a dog that is like a this mutt, but is an actual AKC dog with a BREED standard and is not an overpriced mutt like this dog then think of getting a Portugese Water dog. They look extremely similar to these dogs but are a lot smarter and way more valuable then these overpriced mutts.

  • All dog breeds were created with a purpose in mind. The original purpose was to create a "trainable" allergy free dog? Okay no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog first off and a Poodle is smarter than a lab so what was this guy thinking? Last thing when they found that this breed was a "failure" the dog shouldn't have been bred any further. These are "overpriced, no purpose dogs". They are being sold to make money only!

  • My favorite dog FOR EVER!!

  • I love te song

  • This is unfair. This is not yet (and I don't think they'd ever be) a recognized dog breed.

  • Not a breed yet and probably won't be for a long time. Mutts should not be on Dogs 101.

  • Labradoodalloodal Labradoodalloodal

Started with a lab and then u had a poodle

  • LOL XD I LIKE TEH SONG

  • was that a gay couple O.o ?

    00:35

  • Also, of course they are going to say a labradoodle makes a good pet. They are a dog and dogs make great pets. Go figure. But any dog purebred or mixed breed make good pets too. All dogs usually make great pets. The difference is the price and value. A purebred is always more valuable than a mutt dog. These dogs are not a "breed" of their own they are mutts when they get an AKC title then they will be a breed until then they are just overpriced mutts.

  • @ArcticWhiteWolf333 I pray that day never comes. they should never be consitered a breed. they are a fab that will die out one day.

  • @ArcticWhiteWolf333 the labradoodle originated in OZ, wally condron wanted to create something 4 allergy sufferers so thought crossing a poodle with a lab would get results, it didn't as crosses are very unpredictable some pups had non shedding coat others took after lab and shed. litters were very inconsistant. so experiment failed but then puppy farmer was born & ppl worked out they could get alot of $ from breeding these mutts. today club is trying to get AKC, ANKC status with name change

  • I decided to cross the boarder collie, with a lab, and a poodle, and I'm calling it the Labradollie, that is three intelligent dogs in one. I think I'll start selling these pups at about 700 a piece. I was thinking of it and I believe adding boarder collie into it will make it smarter so that should make it more valuable. I'm starting to be glad that people are willing to pay like 700 for a mix breed dog. I'll get started on making my new breed of dog as soon as I can.

  • @ArcticWhiteWalf333 you have too much to say about this breed. My aunt has one and it is the ebst breed i have ever met. So go attempt you fight your side of this debate, bitch!

  • @GiJordy I have no problem with the dog its self. I have a problem with the SHIT breeders that charge 1000's for mutts. They make good pets because so do poodles and labs. but every single one comes from a BYB that wants money . My schnauzerXcocker that i got from the shelter is a great dog too. Would I pay $800 for a Schnocker? Hell no.

  • @IRaceBarrels there a breed now or so i have heard. i only have purebred dogs but i still dont get why purebreds are worth more than mutts? :\ especially as purebreds do have more health problems.

  • @NagemSeivad They aren't AKC yet(or ever I hope). Until and day I don't care what the CKC says, its a mutt. Why would you pay more for a pure bred? Papers, health screens, showing, and a big one is knowing the temperment and physical characteristics of your puppy. These mutts may take after lab or poodle, have either coat, and you have no idea who their parents are. Not to say all mutts are bad, just paying that 1000's for them is. Shelter mutts FTW.

  • @NagemSeivad You have absolutely no data on the health problems of mutts, so that is completely superfluous and glib to state such. It's a myth.

  • @IRaceBarrels I get where your coming from but give this dog a chance. Its the best dog ive ever met, I would efinetly spend 1000 bucks for one. Ive had purebreds but non compare to thsi breed.

  • @GiJordyn Most are wonderful dogs. High strung at times but great dogs. Just like poodles and labs. Feel free to waste your money on one. Support a back yard breeder. I will definetly spend $1000+ on my next dog so I can get into showing. He will be just as wonderful and come from a real breeder.

  • @IRaceBarrels Yeah your right. I like pure bred poodles but i think labradoodles are really interesting.

  • Also, I don't really get why he crossed the poodle with the lab? The poodle is the 2nd smartest dog in the world and doesn't shed. The Lab is the 5th smartest dog. So basically he crossed a smart dog with a stupid dog and to create a dog that acutally sheds a lot because of the lab. See this is what happens when unexperienced people cross dogs with no direction because the direction he got was far from what he wanted. He got a dog that is not as smart as a poodle and yes it does shed a lot

  • @ArcticWhiteWolf333 Crossed a smart dog with a stupid dog? I wouldnt be talking about stupid. Do you have any idea HOW MANY dog breeds there is in the world? And 5th smartest dog is really good btw. I have a beagle, 7th dumbest breed, she knows how to sit, shake, roll over, speak, play dead by saying "bang", high five, and put a cookie on her nose and say "eat". So if a beagle can do all that, a poodle and a lab are a magnificent mix.

  • @ArcticWhiteWolf333 Shhhhh... people will find out they're arent really hypoalgentic

  • I get the concept of why they were created but still think they are mutts and would never pay money to own one. If I wanted one I'd get a free lab and then a free poodle and I would breed my own. But that is only if I ever wanted one, which i don't after reading about them. They look like a unclipped poodles.

  • i'm getting one :)

  • I think labradoodles are just silly looking dogs. I would NEVER own one. This is one of the silliest breeds to be created.

  • @ArcticWhiteWolf333 Apart from the fact that they're incredibly smart and friendly, have soft coats and are hypoallergenic, so allergy sufferers who want a dog can have them too.. Yeah, that's all just so SILLY.

  • i have a labradoodle! :)

  • YEAH!!! Labradoodles were bred in Australia!GO OZZIES!!!

  • Hi youtubers. I am a 22 year old film student whose favourite genres include War, Epics and Comedy. My favourite sports are Martial arts such as Muay Thai, BJJ, Krav Maga, Sambo and Marine Corp Martial Art. This dog has sucessfully made me giggle like a 5yr old girl seven times. Yes, I counted, and regret nothing.

  • My uncle and aunt had one and he was a sweetie! Sadly, due to some form of cancer it passed away. ): We miss you, Macho!

  • i want one but well..:s i want one !!!!

  • They are not a"breed"they are a very expensive mongrel !

  • @Rjj02052005 they are not mongrel because mongrel means that the breed where they come from could not be identified

  • @sanadimalimutan

    From the Oxford English dictionary

    Mongrel noun

any animal resulting from the crossing of different breeds or types.

So they are Mongrels as they are afrom a crossing of two different breeds

  • @Rjj02052005 it's from an english dictionary, doesn't mean it's right in medical terms. Yes, mongrel is cross of different breeds, but the specific breeds can't be identified

  • I have a black labradoodle and im watching this with her and when the guy started singing laaaaaabradoodleodleoodle she started howling!!!

  • @BenEllins1 Who cares! All dog breeds started as mongrels...and there's been uglier dog breed out there.

  • @BenEllins1 if you weren't busy turning your nose up, you would have heard why they're becoming a breed of their own. all dogs are mongrels, they are all bred from wild dogs and have been fine tuned and cross bred to suit specific demands. i also disagree with your description of them, they're beautiful dogs.

  • @infraball thats fine if you think they're beautiful, i think they're rats.

  • @BenEllins1 Pardon? Did you just say that labradoodles are rats? Why do you think their called "man's best friend?" SOME DOGS HAVE THE GUTS TO DO WHAT HUMANS ARE TOO SCARED TO DO! SOME DOGS ARE SMARTER THAN HUMANS IN VARIOUS WAYS! Let me count the ways dogs are useful: Police dogs! Eye-seeing dogs! Hearing dogs! Best friends for ANYBODY! Cutest things ever! GOOD company! They have a good attitude all the time! They LOVE humans! Dogs are sweet! LOYAL! -continued

  • @BenEllins1 LOVELY! Kind! Can PROTECT some people! Is company for lonely people! Hunters! They can help us get food on the table! SLED DOGS! HERDING DOGS! And just about ANY dog can learn any trick! It's amazing what these wonderful animals God has given us are!!!! And if your not gonna be grateful for them, you can answer to my "4'2 LABRADOODLE WHO KICKS BUTT LIKE A BOSS! He even saved me from getting run over by a car!

  • @AussieMozart thats nice.

  • @BenEllins1 yeah, they are rats, but that should mean that ure an ASS!

it isn't my favorite breed but it's stil a living creature and its a real smart animal, they're smarter than you!

    agan: URE AN ASS!

  • @XTaylorfanX I still have my opinion, stop commenting, you're making yourself look stupid lol

  • Just got my Labradoodle puppy!

Shes quiet, yet energetic, and smart.

Learned "sit" and "down" in one sitting.

12 weeks as of now XD

  • WOoo Australia :p

  • ok...am i the only one who enjoyed this ( 00:19 - 00:28 ) ?

  • Labs...gentle??

  • im getting one next week :)

  • ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ahhhhn

  • my friend has a black one

  • @ilovepuppys1223 I don't know who's more pathetic but you are the one who had to closed your account.....after you got owned. It's not that hard to tell, there's no math needed when you just created your account 2 days ago...

  • I worked at a labradoodle kennel for 2 yrs. NOT the easiest to groom--"hair" coat type is easiest but SHEDS. Fleece and wool shed less to minimally but need REGULAR grooming/clipping ($ or your TIME). These dogs are smart but what that really means (for any "smart" dog) is if they don't get lots of consistent exercise and discipline, they will give you MAJOR trouble (think terrible twos + hungry goat) finding ways to occupy themselves. I say go for an adult so you can see what you're getting.

  • @ilovepuppys1223 Did you create an account just to say that? pathetic hahaha.

  • I worked at a grooming shop & these are a pain in ass in every way. Except that gorgeous blonde one that literally would be Paris Hilton if she was a dog.

Warning: Breeders are overrating these dogs.

Most of them have really really bad allergies.

    They are extremely expensive.

    They are not hypoallergenic.

You will die grooming this dog. ITS BIG, HAIRY AND CURLY

If you ever need to buy one, remember to buy the 1st generation (parent:poodle and lab) & not the second (labradoodle and labradoodle)

  • labradoodles are cute

  • i will kill every dog in existence

  • @Spankerfx i will cut off all your limbs and cook them and feed them to my german shepherd

  • @MrBobthecorncob you know that guy is either looking for attention is a cat person or allergic

  • @SuperShadowMew or just a hater...

  • @Spankerfx Impossible!! You would be dead by their owners long before you even get a chance to touch them, lol Wow when someone says something like that they usually turn into a future serial killers.

  • thumbs up if you agree that the labradoodle looks like jenifer aniston

  • I'm going to go breed my chowXausie and call it a Chausie and sell the pups for $1000's. just like the labradoodle.

  • cute!i want one

  • hi im sierra from the kenzisierrashow and i have one she is sooooooooooooo cute i love her shes my best friend and everone loves her

    <3

  • i have a labradoodle, it sheds incredibly much!

  • ...It looks like a shaggy poodle. Or a lab that went through the dryer. I hear they're really hard to groom.

Did they ever manage to get them to be non-allergenic and non-shedding?

  • I love my labradoodle, huge amount of energy though, after a two hour walk, 30 min run and 40 min swim and another 30 min walk he still wants to play, and never miss a day of exercise because they will go insane. Super easy to train aswell, with 5 min for each command with in the first two days of me bring him home as an 8 week old pup, he learned sit, stay, laydown, fetch, high five, shake paw, come, leave it and stop. Genius dog, like really only 8 weeks old and learned all that in two days.

  • F13 to skip ad

  • its funny cuz the ad thinks that we actually CARE!

  • i want one

  • lol i watched this thiis mornin and i havent stopped singing....

LAAABRAAAADOODLE OODLE OODLE LABRADOODLE OODLE OODLE START OF WITH A LAB AND THEN U ADD A POODLE

  • ugh they are so mut lookin lol

  • Goldendooddles are better

  • Tiger Woods has two Laberdoodles, and a million mistresses.

  • how tall are them in cm ?

  • laaabraaaadooodleoodleooodle fist ya have a lab and then you add a poodle | i just kept replaying that ( 0:19 )

  • anyone know any good NSW Australia breeders, if anyone knows please post.

    thanks

  • @lauraplp1 where are you from I know of some?

  • I bought a chocolate-colored labradoodle puppy (Maggie) two and-a-half months ago, & she's been remarkably easy to train. She's also a big lover. This is an awesome breed!

  • my dog Cody is a labradoodle...but he sheds alot idk why?

  • @000skitch Your doodle probably has the "hair" coat type and they shed as much as or a little less than Labs which shed a TON. Though the original intent of crossing labs with poodles to get the doodle was to go for less shedding and better for allergies, ANY cross between ANY breeds can display ANY of the traits from either parent breed. Which means it's just as common for doodles to shed like labs or be neurotic/standoffish like poodles as it is for them to be non-shedding and ppl-pleasing.

  • @salutationstation hmm weird cuz his mom was a labradoodle and his dad was a poodle so his mom mustve given him his sheding k thnx c=

  • top gear has one called Top Gear Dog!!

  • lucky carter, he is in my class & he is on dogs 101! no fair........

  • Jennifer Aniston has a labradoodle terrier MIX!!!!!

  • 0:43 and i have 3 :D

  • SO CUTE YAWN AT 0:05 xDDD ^^

  • Labradoodle~ <3

My top 3 favorite dog breeds:

    1st - Bichon Frise

    2st - Shiba / Shiba Inu

    3st - Labradoodle

  • Laaaaaaaaabraaaaaaadooodleooodlleoodleoodle

  • the wool type is the sort of coat that needs the most maintenance and needs to be clipped just like all wool type breeds, petshops and these sorts of programs never mention that. thats why you see so many dumped as people aren't told of the vices with crossing dogs like this and because you never know what type of coat you are going to get it just makes it even more complicated for the pet owner. some look exactly like a shaggy poodle not clipped.

  • labs arnt low sheding

  • If you get a curly one their not reallyl that easy to groom

  • "You never know what coat type you're going to get"

And that's why this is NOT a breed! It's nothing but a MUTT. In order for a dog to become a breed each litter must be consistent! If one looks like that, they ALL should look like that. Why talk about these MUTTS as if they are actual breeds?? Please, don't mislead the public. Don't make segments about mutts because there is no consistency about them.

  • @TimmyGal I honestly don't know what to say to you but you disgust me. If you knew ANYTHING about dogs you'd know that alot of your precious "purebreds" were actually different breeds of dogs (most of which are now extinct) bred together for a specific purpose such as working or being a guard dog. So in essence all dogs are mutts. There is NO SUCH THING AS A PUREBRED. I have three "mutts" they are the most wonderful dogs. And I'd rather have them than a stinking "purebred" anyday.

  • @LadyChocoMog Well then sue me! These are not a breed! And you show an incredible amount of ignorance! No, not all dogs are mutts. True breeds breed true. Mutts breed only mutts. Purebreeds have been bred carefully for so many years that they are no longer mutts. But these mutts will always be only mutts because of unscrupulous people who want to make money off the backs of these dogs, and because there are always idiots like you who are foolish enough to pay big money for them.

  • @TimmyGal Now look who's being ignorant, assuming I "paid big money" for my dogs. For your information all three of my dogs were rescues. I found my oldest wandering the streets as a puppy. I didn't want him getting hit by a car so I took him home and planned on taking him to the no kill shelter near my house but I ended up keeping him because of how sweet he was. The only money I paid for him was vaccines and trip to the vets. And my two younger ones were left on my porch in a cardboard box.

  • @TimmyGal And again the only money I paid was for a vet visit and their vaccinations. They're all "mutts" as you call them. I don't know what they are but they are good dogs none the less. There is nothing wrong with mutts. HYBRID VIGOR ALL THE WAY.

  • @LadyChocoMog Just because you didn't pay big money for yours does not mean there aren't people out there who have. And anyone who thinks all mutts are "the best dogs in the world" is ignorant. Some of the worst dog attacks ever on humans were by mutts. If you want to take your chances with them, that's your deal. I'll stick to my well-bred purebreeds. At least with them, I know what I am getting.

  • @TimmyGal And alot of attacks on human have been from purebreds as well. Ugh, whatever. It's obvious that we aren't going to agree. You're entitled to your opinion and I'm entitled to mine. Let's just leave it at that.

  • @LadyChocoMog in answer to this debate, been training dogs, showing dogs all breeds for almost 30 yrs and i can tell you that any dog no matter what it is cross or purebreed has potential to attack. It is how it is bred, how it is trained how it is brought up, how it is socialised as a pup and an adult. hybrid vigour can only exist when the parents and all the family are free from genetic problems, did you know hybrid vigour can also exist in pedigreed dogs as well.

  • @ChloeJasper I know that it is how the dog is raised and trained. I was trying to make a point with TimmyGal. I have nothing against purebreds, things like "pedigree" or "mutt" are just words to me, but the way TimmyGal uses them bothers me. I actually didn't know it could exist in pedigrees. I thought they called it hybrid vigor because i thought it could only exist in crossbreeds. Well hey, you learn something new everyday.

  • @LadyChocoMog its not about which dog is better cross or pedigree, its the humans who breed them. i have a rescue mongrel who is the best dog i wouldn't trade him for the world, i also have ped show dogs i've also rescued ped dogs. the point that is being made is, humans breed "dogs" with no knowledge of genetics/health/ history & charge big $ for the privledge then the owner suffers with big bills at vets, the puppy suffers inheriting a genetic prob, breeding dogs is hard work & lots to learn

  • im getting down to that song

  • i lkove labs but i hate poodles. i feel like when i pet a poodle, i feel like im petting an old lady! my grandmother had a poodle and he was a very mean dog! if i could i would have kicked that dog for a field goal!

  • Omg...they look so soft and FLUFFEEH.

  • Very nice video.

  • Just get a standard poodle as a seeing eye dog, the one of the smartest breeds is a poodle.

  • @BrooklynBornNbred1 read the history of the labradoodle in aust, poodles did not work as a guide dog, the labradoodle was bred to produce a dog non-shedding for alergy sufferers but with the brain of a lab, DIDN"T WORK. he got 3 in the 1st litter that did work but next was a litter of 10 only 2 pups ended up being guide dogs so the program was stopped. mutts aren't predictable in any way and you always get different results.

  • @ChloeJasper So just use a standard poodle as a seeing eye dog.

  • Just get a standard poodle that smartest breed to own.

  • @squidgods "surprisingly this dog breed is found in the homes"

It is NOT a breed. It is a MUTT.

  • if you want a guaranteed non-shedding dog that is predictable in every way, temperament, coat and health get either a pedigree labrador or a pedigree poodle, these mixes aren't worth 2000 bucks thats for sure, the breeders are puppy farmers out to get ppls money underhandedly. most of these dogs come from puppy farms in Australia who claim they are a reg breeder but its mother club are no closer to making this mix a purebreed of dog when they look like a shaggier poodle anyway

  • this is not a breed of dog and despite many saying its going to be a breed soon, the pups do not look anything alike because it will always be a poodle cross lab. this designer dog which was the 1st btw originated in australia & even its creator failed to breedenough of the pups non-shedding like the poodle but with the lab's brain there was only 2 out of the 10 pups in the litter that were non-shedding so it proves the point that not all these mixes are sposed to be what they claim they are.

  • mmy brown labrodoodle pup thoght that the brown pup with the 2 girl weas itself

  • Designer dogs = expensive mutts.

  • yey im getting a labradoodle

  • They are NOT easy to groom! D:

  • i have a female labrador and a male poodle. i'll try to make a labradoodle. LOL!

  • crossing different breeds does not mean they are healthier, it just means there are alot more random genes in the dog which is more disaster. hybrid vigour which is what it is called, happens when both the sire and dam are healthy and tested themselves for diseases that affects each pure dog breed, the crosses you can't really test as the lines are not known as they are mongrel dogs.

  • this is not a breed of dog! it is a mongrel, breeders do not health check their dogs therefore breed blind passing it to the consumer. also puppy farms maximize their profits by calling mixes cute names. do not be fooled by this designer dog crap.

  • Iam Gonna Get A LabraDoodle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Poodles seem like pretty versetile dogs for crossbreeding; Labradoodle, Schnoodle, Yorkiepoo (yes, Yorkshire Terrier & Poodle)

  • labrodoodle=labrodor+poodle

  • Obama Has one :)

  • @PiggyChannel no, obama has a portegueese water dog, very difent history, coats and traits, but have the same personalitys

  • Iamthe 300 like

  • I have the cutest of all labradoodles. A black straight coat... But she ruins everything... breaks laptops... jumps on the counter... eats anything... plastic...razors...cans... she's horrible -.-

  • "Call for your chance to win Labrado--oodles on GSN RIGHT NOW!"

  • they are NOT easy to groom you liars

  • @freakinkewl101 mine was

  • @freakinkewl101 it took me 30 mins to brush mine and 5 hr. for the groomer to cut his hair!!!!

  • @freakinkewl101 I agree! I love my labradoodle, but it takes a lot of time to bathe, brush, dry & groom my sweetie pie. Good thing I love her so much! Best dog ever, but only good for someone who will really pay attention and love it a lot.

  • huge. fluffy. adorible

  • hahah i have a doberbull....

dobermann+pitbull= Doberbull or Pitmann or better

    doberbull-piTcherman

  • I love my labradoodle missy to pieces! :D the best kind of dogs ever!

  • @Cherrigrl317 They're nothing but MUTTS.

  • @TimmyGal I know your mad celtics lost to the heat but the fact your rambling about dogs now is insane oh and the Lakers had a better run than the big three had so deal with it.

  • @Ironpriest661 Celtics? Well, I am Irish, but what did they lose? Don't tell me the English are taking over their land too! And what has the Lakers got to do with mutts?

  • I have a Labradoodle and i loveeee this dogs BUY THE DOGS BY PINELODGS!

  • Confusing. They say its not hypoallergenic..."in fact no dog is" and yet in another episode of their DOGs 101 they say the Yorkshire Terrier is Hypoallergenic.

  • @KytazX hypoallergenic means to cause less allergic reations then others. no dog is completely hypoallergenic because allergens are found in saliva and dander. but specific dogs have LESS CHANCE then others to cause a reaction.
